Economic Development Strategy – Town of Tillsonburg
An economic development strategy was prepared for the Town of Tillsonburg that included the preparation of an evidence based situational analysis of the recent patterns of change in key socio-economic variables. The situational analysis was then used as a basis for discussion with key local stakeholders in both interview and focus group sessions from which strategic directions for the Town to pursue were developed. This was followed by a Town Hall session involving roughly 100 stakeholders in which strategic priorities were identified and action plans developed.
